Unusually early dinner means for once I’ve actually not missed #AncestryHour My fortnightly session in @gwsfhs.org.uk research centre in Partick this afternoon. And the joy of traffic on the way home is getting to appreciate the wonderful #GhostSigns that are popping up everywhere. How is everyone?

I was in at Glasgow City Archives this morning so popped over to the SP service. Was very lucky & happy to get a cancellation for this Monday (4 leaf clover find??!) as the ongoing trouble with Kilmarnock has played havoc with my client work for several months.

My first ever cats when I was 21 were 2 very MC alike moggy brothers. I’d never heard of the breed but after I did discover it I found the similar traits to MCs was uncanny. They were the sweetest, most adorable cats and the bond with them was so very different.

Small dark grey cat who was born in the wild to a feral mother. At age 11 now likes to cosy up to her primary human.

Large (ish) Maine Coon girl cat with massive attitude who allegedly is doing us all a favour and tolerating us.

She is. Though she was runt of the litter & her mum rejected her so is a very small MC. I have 2 other cats. The boss of the 3 is a tiny girl who was a feral rescue plus I have another MC who is a beauty. And she knows it. She is a cat that should be an only. The Diva screams out of her.

I've known for a while I was doing well at Ulster counties ancestral bingo but also looking good now for Irish Provinces on latest Ancestry regions. Brand new for me is Hebrides & Highlands for the first time ever, which somehow makes feel like I'm a real Scot now. What's change for everyone else?
