That link and cashtag address sent to you belong to a scammer.
The impersonator is a stinker who copies accounts when anyone mentions certain payment words, and it's ALWAYS the same guy. Please be alert when any payment words are mentioned to you on Bluesky.
You can still report the fake account by tapping the "..." button on his profile page.

His legs are in navy pants and are crossed at the ankles as they stretch out comfortably, letting the viewer see the pads on the bottoms of his feet. His fluffy tail is lifted in the back, perhaps as extra cushioning for his back, perhaps to just show off that fluff. One arm is in his lap and the other rests an elbow on the arm of his chair, fist up and resting near the side of his neck to help support him as he leans to that side slightly.

He claims it's his "full time job" to do this. Pretty sad really.
