Unfortunately, many forums have dwindled and been moved over to Discord instead.

Image boards and forums will always be represented in some manner, but Discord isn't even directly searchable without too much fuss. A lot of knowledge gated.

AOL discontinues its dial-up internet, and we're just surprised they even offered it in 2025 Dial-up's days are numbered, after 34 years of service.

The end of an era for sure, but at this point in time, having dial-up would be something of a curse.

I get rural, but there are other alternatives (Satellite, etc) that far outdo dial-up-esque speeds.
