Good. Now let’s try a hard one:

“Nu-clear weapons”…

As you use AI to simplify easy yet mundane tasks, like writing emails, you get increasingly dependent on it.

You get lazy, less skilled, use your brain less, and (you may not want to hear this) get stupider as a result.

Don’t let them take away your ability to think. Stop using it. Now.

Day 2189 #ArtKicksCovid19 “Kisho no Fuji, Nishi Izu" (1937) Kawase Hasui. Smithsonian Museum of Asian Art. This landscape print was created during Japan’s Shōwa era. Framed by delicate cherry blossoms and gentle hills, the sacred mountain Mount Fuji appears calm and luminous against a clear sky,

Bull Island is nature’s gift to Dubliners. They haven’t been grateful Once a haven for wildlife, its famed hares and many birds have disappeared

Dublin City Council has said that efforts to enforce rules on Bull Island have "proven futile", a remarkable statement.

Would we tolerate people running amok in the National Gallery or at Newgrange? Hardly, so why can't we have rules at important nature sites?

Yes. He was. But that doesn’t invalidate his-and the Commission’s choice of it as the symbol of the New Ireland.
Yeats’s commitment to the success of the post treaty Ireland is often underestimated. He said that his Nobel Prize win was a recognition of the arrival of Ireland on the world stage.

Irish coins of different sizes, showing a horse, salmon, bull, hare, hound, hen, pig and woodcock

In 1926, as a member of the Irish Senate, W.B. Yeats enthusiastically took charge of the committee designing new coinage for the Irish Free State. Yeats decided the different denominations should be symbolised by different animals (was he consciously thinking of this as the “tails” side?) 1/2

Senator Yeats also chose the harp for the other side, because he wanted “ …no crowned heads or self-important men” on our coins.
The harp is now the symbol of Official Ireland: we are the only nation with a musical instrument as our National symbol, as a result.

Have you started driving? Is this what the post is about?
(“Love” that guy who drives along the Collooney/Coolaney road in a heap that’s been messed with to sound like a 1980’s racing car… it drives my wife’s dog insane!)

Here’s more of it. “Latest attacks” - by whom? leave nearly 400 dead” - civilians were KILLED, not “left dead”.

Only attribution of actual killing? Oh yes, two Israeli invading soldiers.

This is latest evidence of systemic bias and blame-shifting that is rife in Western media reporting.

Imagine for a moment that an Iranian missile strike had butchered 160 Israeli or US schoolgirls.

It’s be front page news worldwide, we’d see pics of the kids, interviews with their distraught parents etc.

But when innocent victims of US mass murder are “only” Iranian, whoopsies, accidents happen!

I’m finishing up an article for 972 arguing that Israel’s goal is to destroy the Lebanese state itself

Meanwhile: “Israel: If you do not restrain Hezbollah, we will attack government infrastructure. The responsibility lies with the Lebanese state."

Lebanon called for direct negotiations with Israel. Israel said no.

Israel knows that Hezbollah will not surrender its weapons under these conditions.

You put two and two together and it is easy to see that Israel wants Lebanon itself destroyed.

Not just Hezbollah. Lebanon itself.

They obstruct the roads so Palestinians won't be able to leave their homes

Then they can easily conduct pogroms in their villages without them being able to escape

This is evil on earth.

Note: the phrase "700,000 people" refers to 700,000 actual human beings who have been forced to abandon their homes, flee, live in fear and worse.
