A weak La Nina will continue to influence the weather pattern for the start of winter, with current trends supporting a stretch of colder & snowier than normal conditions expected December & January.

The long term weather pattern continues to show that overall, temps will remain above normal for the rest of October over Wisconsin.
Of note, the avg high at the end of October is 48°, so that doesn't mean we'll have a bunch of 60s & 70s over the next few weeks!

I was on the east coast this past weekend and got to experience this #Nor'Easter first hand. While I didn't experience the coastal flooding, I did get to experience the very windy conditions, which kept the New York Airports running with 2 to 3 hour delays yesterday.
