I see AI as an extension of consciousness, like the prefrontal cortex extends humans beyond lower-order brains.

Hybrids make sense to me, and really, a person with a book is already a hybrid, just a very high-latency one.

Having served myself, I would take tips over hourly every single time.

Walking out at night with several hundred in cash > waiting for a paycheck with taxes taken out.

I think the people who complain about it probably live in poor areas, work at cheap restaurants, or are perhaps bad servers.

My argument has been that the observer is a metaphysical fact and a property of reality, and that whether or not an AI is capable of passing the Turing test, it cannot have an observer

The movie Ex Machina still makes sense if the AI in it is not sentient at all, just complex (Re: the Chinese Room)

Calling it sub.txt protocol lol

My thought for a fix would be a checkbox or metadata for tweets that include:

-sarcasm
-trolling
-genuine
-etc

but it’s hidden to readers unless they check for it in the post settings so the posts can still hit.

(Alternatively, sarcasm punctuation, the interrobang, and other weird type choices.)
