Here's a recent highlight from my own delves into various obscurities:
Radioactive Dreams. A surprisingly optimistic Albert Pyun movie about a post-apocalyptic future featuring a couple of would-be private eyes who grew up in a nuclear shelter surrounded only by 1940s pulp detective fiction.

It's okay. I have it on good authority that there's already quite a lot of old movies that one can watch.
