In another standout work, Welfare System Casino, O’Hara designed a carnival-style installation where visitors spun a wheel to “win” medical appointment or disability benefit, reflecting the cruelty of health access.

Through art, interactive installations, and satirical game formats, they invite audiences to experience firsthand the challenges disabled people face when navigating care. Their project Chronic Chats, features gatherings where participants discuss chronic illness, and laughter as a coping mechanism.
