Ireland agreed to the deal with little thought to its consequences

The internal records revealed “a co-ordinated, transnational campaign to reshape legislation in secret, undermining environmental protection, workers’ rights and democratic accountability”.

Last week's vote on Omnibus I dismantled the CSDDD and took the side of rich multinational companies and the far right over at-risk communities, workers and human rights defenders.

The EU Ombudswoman has now found that the process was rushed, opaque and corporate-driven.

This is unacceptable!
