They are really nice, the new ones are 640x480 IPS and do integer scaling.
The newest revision in progress will switch from a HDMI port to display port so we can get audio and avoid the HDMI license nightmare.
I've never seen he GGLCD in person, many people use the other options these days. (BennVenn, etc)

To me it looks like a remix of @citrus3000psi.bsky.social's gcdual to get rid of the HDMI side.
I've been on Vyvanse and moved to concerta xr 70mg and found it takes the edge of my ADHD off and still allows me to feel sort of myself.
Vyvanse was just anger inducing for me.
I found while treating for ADHD my anxiety started showing more.
