As a DM, my favorite part is much later when party members start putting the pieces together & when they start actually working together…
As a writer, this is my favorite part of the campaign - the part where everyone has a character and it’s my turn to start turning the ideas and character concepts into something cohesive to start with. The writing part.

Dreadlocks and D&D is all I do and I don’t get a lot from each. If I end up having to get a ‘real job’ that will tear out my soul hour by hour, I won’t be able to do the D&D stuff beyond my home game, thanks to my particular brand of neurodivergence. (3/3)
