Death by Lightning was great. Historically on point w/o feeling heavy. The use of anachronistic language aka F bombs was a nice touch. Acting was excellent. Wild to think Americans know little about the assasination that ended the spoils system. Highest praise: I’d show it in #history class. #tvsky

Totally agree. Rolling Thunder is my fave Dylan period. I really feel like it’s the true mid point of his career and represents the height of his powers (playing live). Best songwriting period, however, will be debated to the end of time.
