French news (TF1) ran a piece tonight on how much money Trump has made in this presidency and how corrupt he / his gang is. This is a mainstream channel, never seen anything like that before on that channel. It’s so blatant they can’t ignore it any more.

I agree, and maybe those rights exist because they are so very vocal each time they are threatened rather than the “collective tut” that happens in Britain… Broad generalizations but it’s inbuilt here. Our whole village mobilised in ‘solidarity’ against a class closure. The French do protest well.

We got caught in the same cloud burst in Périgueux moving my daughter into her Crous accommodation ! I was soaked in seconds.
