We reached out to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and received a response from Robyn Briggs, regional communications manager. This is her response.
We have followed up and will report when we know more.
Stay away from Goose Creek. The Borough has issued a press release saying industrial runoff from a site in West Goshen near Henderson HS has gotten into the creek, creating a “milky white substance”.
The PADEP is investigating. We will keep you updated as we know more.

At tonight’s Borough Council reorganization meeting, Councilwoman Nicole Scimone (D-Ward 4) was elected Borough Council President and Councilman Bernie Flynn (D-Ward 6) was elected Vice-President of Borough Council. They will serve in those positions for the next two years.
