hi guys omg i forgot about bluesky

I was struggling with binge eating everyday and then exercise purging for hours, so now its just trying to make proper meals that sayisfy me and toning down the exercise purging. yesterday was hard and i pushed myself past healthy when i was exercising:(

recovery is going okay. its definitely hard :( today is a new day ♥️♥️

my win over binge eating today has made me finally decide. I will be going all-in-recovery. I will be making this change for both my physical and mental health, i want to fix my relationship with food, and my hunger cues. tonight marks day one :)

my cat gained 2lbs i really need to diet him, hes 18 lbs now :( its so unhealthy for him. i just cant figure out to diet him correctly
