(4/5) The family had stated before that they heard "strange noises" coming from their attic.
This case has been unsolved since then.
(3/5) -which was an attack on the Gruber family, located in Waidhofen, Bavaria, Germany. 6 people were murdered by an anonymous person/people (yes, they never found who it was).
The victims, (which I won't be naming to protect them) were murdered with a mattock, also known as a "grub axe."
