People are mad about this because ICE is "very pointedly" not part of the community, and some have even started boycotting. But the workers at the coffee chain say this isn't the full story—because management is allowing them to put up "NO ICE" signs on their doors.

A local Columbus coffee chain has been under fire for the last month for saying it would not refuse service to immigration enforcement agents because "our job is to serve anyone in our community regardless of their occupation."
