Another ghost arm begins puncturing a cow tag through the feline's ear. Grinning wildly Ratchet the cat is secured in a tan/brown/beige canvas straitjacket adorned with D-rings, buckles and straps.

Lets see if you keep that insane grin after you're tagged, sedated, and thrown in that padded cell.
