I call & email my senators daily, but I’m not optimistic that Republican Nebraska Senators Deb Fischer & Pete Ricketts will vote against this bill.
As I sit here watching the national news it continues to boggle my mind that the press continues to normalize Trump’s embarrassing, garbled, and chaotic statements and interviews. Why?
Also a childhood favorite of mine, my children, and grandkids. I give this book as a gift to every new baby born in our family.

I email my (Nebraska) Senators every day, even though I know it won’t do any good. Yesterday Pete Ricketts released a statement to the press stating he believes Trump and DOGE are fulfilling promise to the American people, as did Rep. Don Bacon, and Congressman Mike Flood.
I’m a resident of Nebraska. Word coming out of Schuyler, NE is that ICE is currently there. Schuyler has a packing plant and a very large diverse population.
Tonight, I cried. As President Biden ended his speech, I realized how much I will miss his leadership, kindness, and love of our country.
