Also got v0.1 of saving/loading done! Now thats established we can go back to adding some fun features lol

Had our first in person showcase this past weekend! It was for the SiM queer games showcase, and was really cool seeing people get to interact with the current prototype

We're pumped to keep working on the demo, and get that to ya'll later this summer! #indiegame #gamedev #queergames

Game dev hot take: your initial idea is probably at least 2-3x bigger than it needs to be, and this immediate overscoping is what keeps so many games from making it through the prototype phase.

Learn how to design the least to do the most, and add from there after you make your proof of concept.

Loving what we're seeing with Elden Ring Nightreign. Its such a cool re-use of existing assets in a really novel game mode!

Anyways we're taking that lesson to heart, and after the release of our bug game we'll be doing a multiplayer boss rush mode
