A few days ago I woke up with tears in my eyes, because even in my dreams my mind was reminding me that this year happened; my friends & family lost their dads this year.

You never know which holiday is going to be your last with someone.

This is a record, and it's not shaming anyone, because w/o each other we'd have never pulled it off.

That said... **31 rescues.** I've never had to use Revenant's Ultimate so much in my entire [checks notes] 2.5 days of playing her.

After the worst half of a year in recent memory,

I must say, feels blessed to be in a spot in time where I'm actively swapping between no less than 4 different games, enjoying time with friends & strangers alike.

Statement from Tristan Kern de Gonzales Husband of Jonathan Joss My husband Jonathan Joss and I were involved in a shooting while checking the mail at the site of our former home. That home was burned down after over two years of threats from people in the area who repeatedly told us they would set it on fire. We reported these threats to law enforcement multiple times and nothing was done. Throughout that time we were harassed regularly by individuals who made it clear they did not accept our relationship. Much of the harassment was openly homophobic. When we returned to the site to check our mail we discovered the skull of one of our dogs and its harness placed in clear view. This caused both of us severe emotional distress. We began yelling and crying in response to the pain of what we saw. While we were doing this a man approached us. He started yelling violent homophobic slurs at us. He then raised a gun from his lap and fired. Jonathan and I had no weapons. We were not threatening anyone. We were grieving. We were standing side by side. When the man fired Jonathan pushed me out of the way. He saved my life. Jonathan is my husband. He gave me more love in our time together than most people ever get. We were newlyweds. We picked Valentines Day. We were in the process of looking for a trailer and planning our future. He was murdered by someone who could not stand the sight of two men loving each other. I was with him when he passed. I told him how much he was loved. To everyone who supported him, his fans, his friends, know that he valued you deeply. He saw you as family. My focus now is on protecting Jonathan’s legacy and honoring the life we built together. If your concern is how someone coped with trauma or how loudly they speak when recounting injustice and being ignored by authorities then you never truly cared about my husband. I'm so angry.

Broke into the 3 minute range, and I well and truly don't think I'll be able to top that without carting 5000 times. So many RNG things have to go exactly right, and for every good run there's 25+ failed runs. GG! #MonsterHunterWilds

So, I am faster with my HBG, but to be fair my Ice (Sleep) HBG has "perfect" rolls; my Water Bow is one roll off from "perfect."

Either way, Piping-Hot + Caprice (Hi) Meal builds are wild... IF you have the luck + skill to line it all up. And damn do you need a lot of luck... #MonsterHunterWilds

Broke my solo Bow record for AT Rey Dau twice this morning; assuming Capcom still cares enough to purge all of the cheated times by the end, I think this one has a chance of staying within the Top 10k.

Just in case though, I might try HBG later to see if it's faster. #MonsterHunterWilds

Shout-out to the literal 1st 4 man team I joined in a random lobby to try the Arch-Tempered Rey Dau challenge.

Saw that they were actually prepping for the attempt (read as: waiting) and had an open spot, so I joined, and that was that. A Rank achieved.

... obviously cheated times are *still* taking up several thousands of spots? Yeah, sorry, but this Leaderboard system isn't going to work.

It also scored some extra points with me for being willing to upset Internet-edgelords by DARING to humanize their MC, by giving him an ENTIRE (gorgeously animated) scene of him crying over the literal most important thing to him.

Rest of the show is aura-farming, but at least there's some fun.

In an effort to actually post more: Yeah, I'd tentatively give Solo Leveling S2 an 8.3/10.

I end up criticizing it and praising it any time someone asks me how it is. "It's blatant power fantasy with basic plot... But has a god-tier composer behind the OST, and the visuals are -just- fun to watch."
