If I was your key holder, I’d keep you locked as long as possible, so maybe at least a year. But going back at it, take your time and ease in. Shoot for a week, then two weeks, then a month, and so on.

It's so true. At one point, long ago, I went from Day 1 to Day 720. Here's working towards that again.

We are at Day 1. Yesterday was also Day 1. There will be a lot of Day 1s and that is okay. #teamlocked
