1st image is from a hc I have that Bill is intersex. Not particularly based on anything canon, just inspired as a joke of Bill having "small D energy".
Bill is speaking nerdy gibberish to to the boys when he stops to take his meds, Pete interrupts him by noticing the name on the label and says "Bill, you microdose on T?". Bill replies angryly and using offensive language.

18 year old Bill's from The End of an Era(a fanfic in the works).
