“Weapons” certainly has its spooky moments. Loved the cinematography & it was refreshing watching a horror movie with a full explanation & wasn’t left to ambiguous BS. It’s very very weird though by the time you realize what’s going on.

A show that makes you go “wait, what the hell did I just watch?” when you reflect on it

Watched the first few episodes of “The Chair Company”. It had me bursting out in laughter a few times mainly with the meta humor of an absolutely silly premise spiraling hilariously out of control. It’s not always funny so much as it’s strange & a little disturbing.

Was gonna stream tonight but it’s been a long week and I got an appointment tomorrow. Playing “Earthbound” instead since it’s always been my comfort game. I like how it’s been 30 years since this game came out & I still think in many ways it’s better than many modern rpgs

Upon hearing the premise of “KPop Demon Hunters”.. it sounded like the dumbest thing in the world. Then I watched it and perhaps because I went in with low expectations, I thought it was incredible. Loved the production value on the songs & it has a really good message too

I've finally completed Donkey Kong Bananza. It was a very good game. Highly recommended if you enjoy 3d platformers. But now... do I spend the countless hours trying to 100% it and unlock the secret ending? No. The answer is no. I'm watching that ish on YouTube lol

Donkey Kong Bananza - aside from being an incredible game so far - may have just permanently altered the way we say “banana” forever. Now, we will all impulsively blare out “BUH NAN NUH”

Cyberpunk 2077 had a fun gameplay loop with the fps action coupled with stealth & hacks. Graphics, voice acting, & overall immersion was amazing. Unfortunately, I found the storyline mostly incomprehensible & the endings were disappointingly stupid

So the plot of Cyberpunk really picks up when you get to Phantom Liberty. The main challenge is playing through the 40-50 hour base campaign of hanging with Keanu Reeves & “I don’t really know what’s going on but check out these graphics”

“Because I love you. In a way you can’t understand.” The end of the Last of Us episode tonight may have completely destroyed me. Even when you know it’s coming, the show is nailing the crucial moments from the game #LastOfUs #HBO

My first impression of Dragon’s Dogma 2 is “wow, this game looks and plays like it’s from 2007”. Not off to a great start when it feels like a throwback to a mid Xbox 360 RPG

Revenge is a dish best served cold! Season 2 episode 2 of Last of Us captured the uhh infamous moment very well. It invoked the same mixture of sadness & boiling rage that the game did. You may be feeling bloodthirsty after watching that and that’s exactly what they set out to do

Early Cyberpunk 2077 has you hanging around your apartment and doing jobs in Night City’s Chinatown. It’s very immersive. Very very immersive. Anyway, I developed a massive craving for Chinese food thanks to this game & placed an order for the feast tonight

There’s a very thinly veiled bdsm interaction that occurs in Baldur’s Gate 3 close to where the bard is being held in the goblin camp. Is.. is everything alright in Larian Studios? I’ll play through all such scenes just to uhh… just to make sure they’re all appropriate

I’m itching to play Baldur’s Gate 3 again. Sure, I was raging a little (as I tend to do) at important mechanics that aren’t explained to the player at all (camping & resting). But there is something so satisfying about hitting those dice rolls & watching goofy dialogue play out

Other then the plot holes & unexplained plot twists, there were some cool moments in 1000xRESIST that will stay with me & lead me to recommend it as a game that you check out for yourself. It's not a bad game, but I don't think it's as good as everybody is saying it is.

Reactivating Live TV every year to watch playoff football and the SuperBowl gives me a weird feeling. Nothing has changed around here. It’s surreal. So many channels and it’s mostly reruns of 90s, 00s shows. TV (other than the live sports aspects) is a weird time warp
