Hate to "heart" this, but ykwim. My "anxiety" was cut dramatically by starting bp meds; turns out I'm only partly anxious w/ not high (very high for me tho) for most people bp. The gut/vasovagal turned out to be a very bad gallbladder
Happy Friday back at ya! We had a light frost here overnight too. Thankfully, the deer ate my entire garden to the ground so I had minimal clean up lolsob (I blame the drought)

For #fridayflowers I present to you the bigger picture. Early this year, we had the rotting deck removed, exposing a patch of bare earth. With no funds for a new deck, I threw flower seeds there. It poured the next day, washing a bunch of seeds away, but overall, I'm pleased.
10/10 will do again
