I good friend of mine recommended the audio version of Navessa Allen's Lights Out and WOW! I listen to books in the car, but I'd get into an accident listening to this one. I'm now living with my ear pods glued in every moment I'm not behind the wheel of a car.

There aren't many things more difficult than trying to balance my own hormones as I tumble into Menopause and my daughters hormones as they charge into puberty.
At least I get to drink ;)
