Gotcha! In OBS: Are you using x264 encoding, or NVENC so you can take advantage of the video encoder in your RTX 3070Ti?

To be fair: Both that and your CPU could be bottlenecks on your streaming setup. Do you know if you have PBO enabled on your CPU in your BIOS, or Resizable BAR on for your GPU?

I'm also not seeing your PC's specs anywhere on your profiles, unless I'm missing something. Can you share them? That'll give a better idea of what's having an issue (if it isn't your internet service provider).

Just checking: Are you double-encoding your stream feed? Check your recording settings and see if they are set to "Use Stream Encoder" for both the video and audio.

If it isn't: Please do that alongside your updated settings. Your GPU might be capping out encoding 1080p video jobs at the same time.

On top of that: New York is a valid location when setting yours as the seller in Marketplace. It exists.

That covers anywhere from uptown Manhattan down to just above Brooklyn, from my experience. I used to live over there a while back: Tons of people would list that, then specify when contacted.

I generally get in touch with the seller to make sure that the card is legitimate, and that they don't pull some nonsense like "Oh yeah, I'll totally ship it to you. Just pay me first."

Due diligence needs to be done when buying from a used parts market. I'm just pointing out if the price is right.
