Gotcha! In OBS: Are you using x264 encoding, or NVENC so you can take advantage of the video encoder in your RTX 3070Ti?

To be fair: Both that and your CPU could be bottlenecks on your streaming setup. Do you know if you have PBO enabled on your CPU in your BIOS, or Resizable BAR on for your GPU?

I'm also not seeing your PC's specs anywhere on your profiles, unless I'm missing something. Can you share them? That'll give a better idea of what's having an issue (if it isn't your internet service provider).

Just checking: Are you double-encoding your stream feed? Check your recording settings and see if they are set to "Use Stream Encoder" for both the video and audio.

If it isn't: Please do that alongside your updated settings. Your GPU might be capping out encoding 1080p video jobs at the same time.
