Mirror neurons (we are implicitly connected to all beings through these) are wild. What you do really informs how another being responds. Be present to this as you navigate life.

Yesterday I got to coach a client who really wanted to move around as I facilitated the process (my clients guide our sessions. I stand side by side them as they uncover their own brilliance). This was a first but it was so darn beautiful to hold space for them as we both fully trusted their process

If they ever invent time travel, I think we need to pass a law requiring everyone to spend one full year in an era before vaccines and environmental regulations. You survive that year, you get to come back to the present, and you'll never vote against public health measures ever again.
