It was going for a dessert after my pasta rather than a beer, but it covered both bases. It was not met well on here, so tonight it will be back to regular pale ales and West Coast IPAs with nothing but pale malt and hops for flavour.

Having this for dessert, not something I'd normally go for but actually it's really nice. Does what it says on the tin but not too overpowering. Thornbridge always do a great job of balancing flavours like this. 🍻

Just rewatched this and loved it. We watched it exactly 6 years ago just as covid was emerging... then I came down with covid the very next day.
I meant I don't watch them on telly, but then I remembered I was actually invited to an awards ceremony recently but I really didn't want to go, so I didn't bother.
It's not real dogs is it though? It's like miss world or eurovision isn't it where it's all airbrushed made up fake stuff? There's not a nice friendly Labrador you'd meet on the park, it's all poodles with perms and stuff... probably
