I think I'm doing something wrong with Ring Fit.

I feel some muscles burn when I exercise, but not all the time, and the burn doesn't stay much longer after I finish the set except for leg workouts.

Anyone know how I can improve?

Legs and arms are so tired after Ring Fit Adventure. I wish I knew a better way to work my abs though, feels like only a fraction of the ab workouts actually work out my abs.
