Asked how it felt to be arrested at 87, he replied, 'I'm just beginning, my friend.'

Manufacturing jobs do not equate to living wages. Especially without unions. The solution that we should at least aspire to is education, healthcare, good infrastructure and housing for everyone.

This is a serious disgrace that will put us decades behind in world health progress. Our kids and grandkids will ultimately pay the price. It didn’t have to be like this.

The costs of the grants, either cancelled or delayed, are minuscule compared to the costs associated with the effects of the diseases or conditions that these programs are able to treat or prevent.
Prevention is always the best option. It’s why we have vaccines.
