Seven days! It's genuinely wild to think we are a week away from launching our first campaign. We are beyond excited and nervous. Our goals for Cartee Estates is to launch as an LLC, make essential upgrades such as but not limited to door locks, exterior lighting, and giving back to the community

much of a surreal feeling that was. To hear that the dream you have had for so long but brushed it off because you thought it was impossible is actually impossible. To realize that "It's impossible," is only true because I didn't try. So here's us trying. This campaign is to try & raise enough -4

I then did research over the apartments that I might be interested in purchasing and contacted a multi-family lender. I needed to know if this was possible or not, or if I needed to move on. he lender agent told me that it was too early for a quote, but the loan was possible. I can't tell you -3

this dream would continue to happen a lot. Despite not mentioning that I had this dream a lot, my dad & I would also have this conversation of what we would do if we purchased the apartments.
In early 2024, the dream started happening a lot more. At this point, we knew the name, but that was it. -2

Growing up, I had many dreams of this exact dream happening though the name didn't exist. The only thing that did exist in the dream was purchasing & running apartments. I brushed that dream off, because I was extremely hesitant on it. I thought it was impossible, so I never tried. -1

We are 8 days away from the very first campaign launch, which is wild to believe. I've spent months working on getting everything ready, so knowing that the first campaign launch is right here. It's so exciting to see.

4/ Because the vision and dream of Cartee Estates is something that means a lot to us, we wanted to make sure our designs had a meaning. We feel strongly in these designs as well as using elements of our past to write our future.

3/ Design Three: Unlocking the Future
Life life, skeleton keys often hold mysteries. Sometimes in life we have the key and others only the door. Care for your dreams, work hard, and some day your dreams may be unlocked.

3/ Design Two: Manny the Squirrel
Inspired by Manny the Squirrel, a squirrel that my parents & I would feed walnuts to several years ago. While it's been years since we seen them, their legacy will go on as they are the mascot for CE.

2/ Design One: Planting the Dream
​Inspired by the saying, "From tiny seeds grow mighty trees," when you plant, nurture, and work hard, anything is possible: even the biggest dreams you never thought could happen.

1/ While we're still working on our website, it's time to share our designs and what each one means. Please note: Actual photos will be coming soon once they get here.

Official 2024-2025 roadmap for Cartee Estates, which includes making the website ADA compliant, sharing previews of merch, ordering merch and publishing pictures on the website and social media, finalizing any last minute tasks, and launching the Cartee Estates campaign.

4/ any loans. The reason for this is that we want to focus on taking care of day to day operations, repairs, as well as giving back to the community without having a loan to worry about. This will also allow us to allocate funding to gradually upgrading the apartments (i.e. lighting, etc.)

3/ While I don't know the exact amount of sales needed due to their being a variety of items on the site, we do understand that it is a lot and that this dream may not happen. We're hopeful, optimistic, but we also are realistic about what we are wanting to do. We also want to try and launch without
