Yeah I found the same. The people who pay a fixed price are also the people who tip.
I don't mind people grabbing games for free if it's not in their budget. But when I previously set my games to donation, a lot of folk seemed to grab them for the sake of being free rather than wanting to play them.
Fwiw all my games come with free community copies available by request on bluesky.

Do you find that people pay "more" (eg by leaving a tip) when you set the price at donation and a suggested amount, or if you just go ahead and set your suggested price as a paid minimum?
