They were pretty great. Came out very clear and looked beautiful over a big rock.
Texture/mouthfeel/body was killer.
Hides the alcohol. They were boozy as hell. I had two, which was a mistake.
A little too sweet for my taste, would cut down the simple syrup next time.

Anyhow, for shaken cocktails, I like to use something strong (100 proof) and high-rye. This fits the bill; happy to entertain an alternative.
For Old Fashioneds and other stirred drinks, I use Elijah Craig Small Batch.
