Today, we stand with SCOTUS Justice Sonia Sotomayor who ends her DISSENT with: "[The Court] authorizes, without second thought, untold harm to transgender children and the parents and families who love them. Because there is no constitutional justification for that result, I dissent."

The United States Supreme Court just upheld a ban on gender-affirming care for transgender youth.

The ruling bars necessary medical care for transgender youth (such as puberty blockers and hormone treatments), even though such treatments are still available for youth who are not transgender.

What happened in Minnesota is a direct consequence of the violent way that Trump talks about his political opponents.

To those who still somehow say you’re overreacting to say we are far past the point of historic crisis, go back to summer 2024 and say that in less than a year the president of the United States would be deploying the literal Marines on American soil to deal with and intimidate his political enemies
