Sometimes you get so tired emotionally, mentally, and psychically that you want to quit. But you keep going. You keep moving forward. That’s what it takes to win. It’s to enjoy the process and keep trying to do the thing that sparks joy for you. Keep going. Keep moving towards it.

I don’t like seeing myself on the big screen which is ironic to make an entire doc where I’m the main subject however it’s a story I need to share. I have hidden for too long. It’s not only about 40 mixtapes it’s a bigger message than that. We are all born 1 of 1 many die copies.

It’s weird I have a project I am working on and its not done yet but in my heart and visually it’s already completed. Hard to explain. Hope you are having a great day!

I really believe that when you have a door close it’s protecting you. A door was closed today on me which won’t open again till next year and it was a little disappointing at first but I know it’s working out. So if you get a no it’s only one step closer to a yes.

Sometimes you change your mind after getting new information and that’s a noble thing to do and admit.

Sometimes your gut tells you to do something that doesn’t logically make sense and you’ve got to follow it even if it seems challenging or hard. Fear is completely the enemy. Faith and belief is the winning combination and strategy.

Reflecting a lot today. Sometimes you just have to jump into something out of your comfort zone to get to that next level.

If you aren’t failing you aren’t trying. It’s okay to fail as long as you keep getting up and getting back at it. You’ve got this.

There was a Mr Rogers quote or something about looking for the helpers in times of tragedy or evil and I keep trying to focus my energy on two things 1. being a helper when I can 2. looking out to see the good in people who are helping others

I have a thought process that a slow yes is better than a quick no. Patiences is so important.

Success is subjective. Once you realize that it’s about the process and not the outcome you realize how successful you truly are. Did you get up and go for it. Yes so you have already won. Most people don’t even try. I’m grateful for another day. Each day is a success story.

Cancelled my Chat GPT today because of the a court-ordered preservation of data that is in effect.

My last mixtape release was July '23. It's been a while. I've made music since then. In fact 40 mixtapes which is now in post for a doc film with soundtrack to follow. I am working on a gift tape & it will be released in Oct '25. 3 physicals with 1 of 1 j-cards. Only 1 for sale.

Many people have a book I am reading but few have actually finished it. I wonder why? The ones who have finished it that I know have really made a lot of progress in things in their field. That’s a sign.

I like to say I curate things because nothing in life is original except that we are all born one of one and some of us die as copies. Everything else is a remix.

If you are an artist or musician you literally can not hang out with creatives who are blocked creatively. They will drag you down with their jealousy and lack of support. Be very selective of who you allow into your creative circle. Wishing you lots of creativity in everything.

Verticals but doc films. Next big thing. People want authenticity and human connection. I believe that documentary films will be very powerful and a new market in upcoming years as AI continues to make things.

It’s funny how reading an article can spark an idea out of nowhere. This is why we should read more. It’s good for us.

The Steve Jobs quote about connecting the dots is hitting hard today. I am trying to connect them but you can’t connect them looking into the future only backwards and often times we must really trust our gut.

If you are not putting in the work you will not really receive the benefits. A lot of stuff happens behind the scenes of an over night success. It’s usually a ton of nights weekends and days working on the part that many do not see. Heads down focused.

There is an abundance of opportunity and you can succeed without being jealous of others. In my darkest moment I have been guilty of being jealous. And I did a lot of inner work to get to where I’m now which is very grateful and thankful for success of others. It’s a perspective.

Forget about looking up yourself and brand with traditional search engines try it on AI like Chat GPT and Perplexity that’s the next level. So fascinating.

Do you ever ship something and continue to refresh until it get there?

It’s weird I’m in post production for my film and I already feel like it’s finished even though it’s not. It’s like I already know it will be finished because the content is there and I’m already thinking of my next film. I never felt like this in post production before but I am.

And just like that a project I have worked on since 2023 was shipped out. 40 mixtapes hours of footage and interview questions asked to me by AI. I am grateful. Thank you to everyone who has supported me in this journey. I’m excited to share this documentary film upon completion.
