I bought my mum a Browning Strike Force one a few years ago and it’s captured some excellent clips of wandering wildlife, where they are mainly badgers, deer, rabbits, mice. This website had a camera guide. naturespy.org/pages/wildli... UK based, but sure lots of the brands are widely available.

Anti-pseudomonal, and also has activity against some ESBL and Amp-C. Our first barrier is we don’t test for it, but I think it can definitely have its uses as a carbapenem sparing agent.
We don’t yet use temocillin routinely at our site, though hope to increase usage in the next year, along with cefepime. Good to hear how it is being used elsewhere, but also be reminded that no antibiotic is a magic bullet.

I learned a new acronym today: LRE - linezolid resistant enterococcus. Took me 30 seconds to puzzle it out, but wonder if it will become part of standard clinical practice?
