Wrong. Supreme Court did not rule on the insurrectionist label, they only ruled Colorado could not keep an insurrectionist off the ballot and it was up to Congress to enforce 14.3.

14.3 is non-justiciable, only Congress can rule on it according the 14.5. It doesn't even require a majority. When 14th amendment section 3 is put into motion, person of interest is considered an insurrectionist, and need 2/3 of both houses to vote no not an insurrectionist for office eligibility.

You are wrong in this situation. 14th Amendment, Section 5 specifically states that only Congress can enforce the 14th Amendment Section 3, and the Supreme Court ruled it is non-justiciable and cannot be ruled on by the judicial branch.
