HEALTH UPDATE: My trainer from years ago just sent me footage from our 1st workout when I started on this path.

Thought it’d be fun to include that and footage from this week for my quarterly health update.

I’m 39 now. Just focused on getting a little stronger a little each day. ❤️

Bullet journaling and working out are the only things that keep my life from feeling like it’s spiraling out of control.
