Extreme rhetoric in right-wing political circles deserves more attention The rhetoric in Australia's right-wing political circles is getting more extreme and the media should be paying more attention.

One word unravels Albanese's week The prime minister was this week evacuated from the Lodge over a bomb threat and later got stuck in a tit-for-tat with a former Australian of the Year.

Very true - but that’s what happens when you ain’t doing anything else worth talking about.
Labor’s complete lack of meaningful activity is why we spend every week talking about immigration, Hanson and whatever dumb shit Albanese also said to Karl Stefanovic

This is the choice in front of us. Not whether to accept AI or reject it in its entirety. Not whether or not to stand outside a corporate building yelling END AI. Not whether to be techno-optimists or Luddites. But whether we let the biggest speculative bubble of our lifetimes explode in all our faces, or whether we take the small, practical, local steps that let the air out before the blast.

"We have more power than we realise. We are not just protesting a technology we dislike. We are standing across multiple political divides, against a financial scam that threatens all our livelihoods"

Absolutely. He’s awful.
And if I hear/ read him described as a “moderate“ one more time, I’ll spew up.

Tom Cruise should have played a psychopath more often, he was excellent in that role.

Thanks for the link Rohan, I’ve watched it 3 times already! Some outrageous marks in there.

I think this song could be used under an AFL highlight package open.spotify.com/track/7hp7jJ...

Pretty minimal coverage of this story IMO. It's almost as if there's certain groups in this country politicians, lobbyists & mainstream media don't care about. 🙄

Ex-Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura: “We’re a 3rd world country now. I know. I’ve been to ‘em. I spent 17 months in SE Asia while the draft dodger was playing golf… that’s what happens in a dictatorship. In comes the military. That’s what’s happening here.” 🇺🇸

‘Future Fixers’ was a multi-million dollar children’s tv series under development that was pitched “to get women into STEM”. It’s not going ahead because of harassment claims against the adult male cohost (CEO of an Australia coding academy) archive.md/Ixrqf

Reform UK’s barrister tried to scare us. Our advice to other news sites: don’t play the bully’s game My news organisation, Nation.Cymru, was threatened with legal action over a story involving Nigel Farage’s party in the Senedd. Instead of hiring our own lawyer, we simply told them to go away, writes...

Really enjoyable game. Gotta feel for old mate who gave away the free to swallow at the end. It was there but it would be a tough one to live with over summer.

Harsh. He’s excellent in relation to AFL and horse racing and he watched hours of sprints in preparation for calling the Olympic 100m. He’s a good caller but maybe he can be a bit sanctimonious as an opinion journalist. Where do you think he fails to do his homework?

True. PP could add layers to sportacus; previously unseen emotional depth. It’s a tough pitch but not entirely impossible.
