Pretty pebble - the iron rich circular spots that run through this pebble may have been the spaces that small burrows or roots made back when this was a soft mud over 300 million years ago.

An Osprey is followed by a male Red-winged Blackbird who was calling and letting the Osprey know that she was in his territory. The Osprey headed off to another lake to fish.

A bulbous vessel, with a smaller base and curving in slightly to rim at top. It is cased in silver, with oval shapes cut out all round, larger at the wider section than at the more narrow bottom and top. Deep blue glass has been blown into the casing so that cushions of blue glass protrude out through the ovals.
