What a sad, cold, and lonely person to think that the simple accommodation of a signing interpreter in a hearing world is a personal attack on yourself of your image. How absolutely close-minded do you have to be to think that the presence of an interpreter is the point to "reinforce powerlessness"?

For one of my anthropology classes, I did an ethnography on a VR nightclub event that I stumbled across. Not only was it insightful, but also really fun! It seems to me that VRChat events are much safer, especially when drinking is involved.

I have very little BSL in my repertoire, but I love learning languages, so I there's a potential for growth. Good to see another Ska fan as well! It gives me hope. 🥲

I know that Daredevil Season 3 takes place after The Defenders, but it's not required to watch beforehand unless you REALLY care about The Hand and Elektra subplot. I would, however, definitely recommend Echo. Its part of the whole Daredevil reboot, but I think they do it well so far.

It's been a long time since I watched The Defenders, but I remember liking a lot of the choreography. Have you seen Echo?

I started out as a huge fan of the Netflix series and branched out from there. I'm not an expert in comics, but I remember the Mark Waid run standing out to me.
