Tales of Innocence R 7.5/10

I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed this, combat is fun albeit a bit simple , the cast were likable and the story was pretty compelling

even if it's a pretty standard tales game i still like it a lot

The prologue did a good job in setting up the tone of the game and the arc itself, the opening cutscene itself showcasing a bit of the underbelly of calvard.

Honestly seeing Edith for the first time was so cool and how differently is compared to heimdalr in terms of atmosphere and how modern it is

Happy Tales of Xillia Remastered day (Even tho it's technically tomorrow for consoles but who cares ) Hope you all have a great time with this gem

I won't play it immediately since I've beaten the ps3 ver a couple months ago

But I'm glad this got port it over:)

Pokemon Legends Z-A (Switch 2) 7/10

I like this game well enough but I'm not sure if it's enough to bring me back into the franchise

I like the more active battle system and the story was neat if not a bit bare at points but the gameplay loop felt repetitive after a while

I like the characters

Probably my final team for the rest of the game i know it's super basic and can be decimated with a fairy type but damn it i tried🥺

I like this game but I prefer Xillia 1 more than this
- Story is alright but has issues regarding pacing and how half the cast feel like they're kinda there The Main story
- The individual episodes were enjoyable
- Ludger was fun to play as
-Debt is dumb

Abyss or destiny will be the next one either way I'm glad they're being more upfront about the remaster project than before

I can't wait abyss and I'm also glad xillia 2 won't be stuck on the ps3

A major complaint about Xilla 2 storytelling is that the entire cast SHOULD be present in the major events rather than bringing only specific characters

They're expecting mega raichu to carry the DLC smh

Game could've done a better job at telling you where and when you allowed to go

The orb system is a neat idea but I prefer the first game orb system since it was a bit more straightforward

Dashing at enemies counts as an ambush to me is dumb

25 hours into Xillia 2

I'm enjoying it but I have issues on how this game is structured,

Story is alright but hasn't really grabbed me

The debt system for those who want to just focus on the plot can feel like padding

Battle are fun but unable to switch party members is meh

A grind fest which is why I dropped it a year ago

Oh god I leveled up and I'm old enough to now consume liquid and play that blackjack mini game from sky 3rd

Ys vs trails is a game that i dropped after clearing 2 character story modes and was going through tita's a year ago since it got really annoying and Grindy

I'm going to try again to see if my opinion has changed

Thank you tales of xillia 2 for reminding even in a video game i still have debt to pay back

Trails in the Sky SC Evolution Replay

It's still one of my favorites while it has issues with pacing especially chp 8 I think the narrative it tells is special and shows why the characters and the world are amazing to experience

The evo port is a great way to experience this tho pc is stil viable

Fuck the Elmo hot springs side quest in chapter 8 so much backtracking just some gasoline

Chapter 3-6 has been wrapped up
SC is still such a great time.
When it focuses on the characters themselves that when the story really shines rather then segmented parts like in the first three chapters

The scene between Estelle and Joshua is still top 5 for me
