Yeah luckily if a caller gets too belligerent I can defer them to my supervisor and if they flat out cuss me out I can hang up. But dang I really wish I can tell them off!

I agree 100%! Apparently I can defer angry callers to my supervisors but sometimes I put them in their place by matching their energy

I love Trails and it’s my favorite series but omg I do wish the games were shorter tbh

If you are in the middle of a playthrough, are you okay with picking it back up where you left off? I always have anxiety with that and if I stop playing a game for so long I tend to just finish it by watching YouTube cutscenes 😭

Started with Sky FC in November 2020. Fun fact: took me over a year to beat it. I took some breaks and played other games as I do sometimes lol.

Here is my play order:
Sky FC > Sky SC > Sky 3rd > Zero > CS1 > CS2 > Azure > CS3 > CS4 (currently playing)

Still need to play the others!
