I genuinely don't know. If it's parody or something I think you have some leeway, but in terms of a full blown story, I think I'd be erring on the side of caution.

A smiling Sandy Reswald has grown to such a size that her head could eclipse the yellow star currently nestled in her even-larger bosom. Her skin and hair appear to be made of green and dark purple star fields, respectively, and even her eyes glow as though they were stars in and of themselves.
