At today’s City Council meeting, we unanimously approved $500,000 in additional funding for immigration legal services.
We also approved $1,000,000 in rental assistance with a 9-4 vote. A spokesperson for Mayor Frey said he would not comment on the proposal until after we take it up. 1/

We need investments in long-term housing that is stable and affordable; however, building housing means nothing if we don’t limit the amount of housing organizations can buy.
