Agreeing to work this rest day seemed like a good idea 10 days ago when I was asked. Hope I don't have to go outside for anything on this shift.

I really don't know why, on a relatively small island nation, we continue to build outwards instead of upwards. We seem to be confusing homes with houses. A nice flat or apartment is still very much a home.

The weather can be a witch. I too am having a baseball cap day. In my case it's cos I couldn't be arsed with it at 5am. I'm barely functioning now at 9.
