80 lbs of granola! I wonder how much yogurt I would need if I used 1/4 cup of granola for every 1 cup of yogurt for breakfast.
I also wonder how many people I’d need to share it with before the yogurt goes bad.
Also granola is SO expensive for the ingredients and time it takes. But easy to buy
And especially relational thinking around fractions and rational numbers and the connection to algebra.
I’m thinking a lot about number strings as a quick win in getting kids to think relationally.
How do get students to think relationally with automaticity before doing unnecessary calculations?
