We are recruiting! Our lab is looking for a new mass cytometry technician to help study colorectal cancer organoid perturbation experiments at scale.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

A lovely way to close this previous (old?) chapter of my life and focus on the new adventures that lie ahead 🚀
Huge thanks to every single co-author, and supportive PhD supervisors - this wouldn’t have been possible without them.
A few years and countless microscope hours later, this paper brings a beautiful close to my time at the #CRO2 and @crcm.bsky.social
This work brings yet more evidence that E-cadherin - a molecule we thought we knew so well - still has surprising pro-tumoral roles, especially through its subcellular localisation in cancer cells.
Thrilled to finally share the last part of my PhD work on adhesive molecules in PDAC - now published.
Interested in E-cad?? ⬇️

Exciting days ahead. 2 news toys arrived in @christophertape.bsky.social’s lab.
More parallelised experiments soon to come 🤩🤩
We are recruiting for a new Research Technician to join the @cruk-cityoflondon.bsky.social Organoid Platform!

NEW EQUIPMENT JUST DROPPED!
Thanks to @southrock.bsky.social, we will upgrade the HiTS drug screening platform of @crcm.bsky.social with several devices.
Today, we installed a ViaFlo (INTEGRA), which will offer flexibility for our drug screening on 3D models, especially patient-derived tumoroids.
Thanks Francoise!
In this review, we explore how single-cell technologies provide cell-type specific insights and how multimodal techniques uncover the coordination between signalling layers to drive cell fate.
Excited to share today, a whole new chapter in my scientific journey.
TAPELab( @christophertape.bsky.social) latest review on ‘High-dimensional signalling analysis of organoids’ is now online.

Very proud of Marseille right now ❤️
Doing good science is 90% finding a science buddy to constantly talk to about the project.
If teams forming around the 'Rewiring Cancer Cells' or 'TME Dynamics' Grand Challenges would like to include our high-throughput organoid co-culture signalling technologies please get in touch!
A captivating subject that I’ve been following closely for a while.
Glad to have contributed to this beautiful work led by @celiarouault.bsky.social & colleagues at @crcm.bsky.social just out in @naturecomms.bsky.social. Using drug repurposing, they unveiled the STAT3/FanA axis as a targetable vulnerability in breast cancer stem cells

I think the CRC field ‘may’ have too many gene signatures
A computational tool, retriever, that extracts disease-specific drug response signatures to predict the best combinations for #cancer treatment.
