Following the publication of the new Code of Fundraising Practice, the Fundraising Regulator is sharing Code Support guides to help charities meet the requirements of the

@OSCR has published updated guidance on automatic disqualification of individuals in preparation for changes under the Charities (Regulation and Administration) Act 2023, which will come into effect mid-2025.
